Psychotherapy is an ongoing professional relationship built on trust and collaborative approaches to making lasting change in one's life. Therapy is what you make it and can be process oriented or action focused. Therapy goals can include better relationships, solutions to specific problems, greater personal awareness, increased skills for stress management, insight and reduction in feelings of distress. Available for ages 3+.

Learn about your medication(s), how to use them appropriately, drug interactions, the impact of your lifestyle and other holistic interventions that can either be tried first or to supplement your medication regimen.

A Registered Dietitian explains nutrition issues, assesses your dietary and health needs, develops meal plans for you, gauges the effects of the meal plans, helps you set achievable health goals and teaches you various ways of maintaining these goals throughout your lifetime.

Direct Neurofeedback is an extremely low-strength electromagnetic current that can improve the sense of well being associated with diminished anxiety, depression, traumatic brain injury (TBI), PTSD, and ADD/ADHD. Direct neurofeedback therapy is a non-invasive, FDA-registered technology that measures electrical activity of the brain and sends back to the brain a microcurrent. That brief, imperceptible current resets the client’s autonomic nervous system and allows the brain to reorganize itself for optimal functioning.

During this 4 hour retreat you will have the opportunity to learn the basics of mindfulness, connect with nature and leave feeling restored, and peaceful. Components include mindful journaling, walking, eating & meditations.
