Anne Brundin, PMHNP
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
I believe choosing medication for mental health care works best when it’s a conversation, not a lecture or a one-way discussion. I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), and my role in your care is to help you consider medication options. We’ll look at what’s going on, talk through your options, and decide together what makes sense for your life using up-to-date, evidence-based treatments. Medication can be helpful for a period of time, or it may provide long-term support. My job is to help you understand your choices and feel comfortable with your treatment plan.
Professional Experience
I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, PMDD, and the challenges that can come with perimenopause and other life changes. Whether this is your first time seeking help or you’ve tried treatment before, my goal is simple: to help you feel better and get back to being yourself.
I like to recharge outside of work by spending time outdoors, skiing when I can, walking my dogs, taking Pilates classes, and working in my flower garden.
Anne is accepting new clients for telehealth services and once monthly in person sessions at our Williamsville location.
