Dr. Ashley Luedke Ph.D., LMHC

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming and isolating, but the moment that you decide “maybe I should talk to someone” the process of growth begins. Often clients come to therapy wondering why certain patterns of sadness, hurt or anger keep recurring in their relationships. Through the therapeutic process, they often find better and healthier ways of navigating life. Most everyone needs support at some point in their lives and counseling offers an opportunity to forge strong connections and gain the insight and understanding that leads to change.

Professional Experience

I earned my Ph.D. in Counseling from Florida Atlantic University and my master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Canisius University. With over fifteen years experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults, I can help clients navigating depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and eating disorders.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and Florida and work as an integrative clinician, pulling from a Gestalt lens but tailor my approach to the needs of the client. Every counselor has a different approach to working with clients which is largely shaped by their training and education. I enjoy infusing creative techniques and believe in a holistic approach looking at all elements of my client’s life. Driven by your goals, we will find ways to enhance your growth and strive to deepening your wellness.
