All the perks of private practice with all the benefits of an agency!

Be Embodied is looking for experienced counselors to join our team!

At Be Embodied, we offer the perfect blend of agency support and private practice freedom. Our clinicians get the autonomy, flexibility, and earning potential of private practice without losing the support, supervision, resources, and community of an agency setting.

Our clinicians have the freedom to develop their own style and grow into the work that feels most meaningful to them, without having to do it alone. Through ongoing supervision, mentorship, and collaboration, you’ll have opportunities to deepen your clinical skills and move beyond surface-level, solution-focused interventions into thoughtful, longer-term work with clients.

We are a holistic group practice that brings mental, physical, and spiritual providers together under one roof to offer our community the collaborative and trauma-informed care they deserve. Our practice is grounded in trauma-informed and mindfulness-based approaches and currently includes psychotherapy, psychiatry, nutrition services, and an in-house yoga studio.

We also believe that the environment in which healing takes place matters. Atmosphere, comfort, and aesthetics can all contribute to a sense of safety and well-being, which is why we have intentionally created a warm, beautiful office space for both our clinicians and clients to enjoy.

Compensation & Schedule

Estimated annual compensation for independently licensed providers ranges from 60,000–90,000+, depending on caseload management and pay-rate progression, with additional end-of-year bonus opportunities.

This is a hybrid position requiring three in-office days per week, which include evening availability, and an additional day with telehealth sessions.
