Erica Bentley, RD
Registered Dietitian
Do you have enough energy? How well are you eating? Are you concerned about perimenopause and insulin resistance? How’s your mood? Our modern lives are often filled with stress, leaving us out of balance and disconnected from our own well-being. This constant strain impacts our mood, drains our energy, and disrupts our natural rhythms. As a result, we tend to eat quickly and out of convenience rather than intention, leading to poor digestion and unstable blood sugar levels. Over time, these patterns can take a serious toll on both our physical and emotional health.
I am a highly experienced registered dietitian with over 20 years of practice in clinical nutrition, with specialization in critical care, chronic conditions, and eating disorders. I bring a compassionate, individualized, and evidence-informed approach to my work, guiding clients through complex health challenges with honesty, empathy, and skill.
Professional Experience
I became a dietitian to assist those in need across social, economic, cultural backgrounds. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals across all backgrounds and stages of life, including those struggling with disordered eating, emotional eating, and body image concerns. My training includes advanced certifications in nutrition support and weight management, which I integrate into a holistic care model that emphasizes health over appearance, function over perfection, and wellness over restriction. I collaborate closely with other professionals to offer whole-person support that integrates physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Clients working with me can expect an approach that is structured but flexible, supportive but empowering—always centered on what is best for their health, values, and quality of life.
