In most cases, payment for services at our locations can be made by cash, check, or credit card. You may be eligible to use HSA or a Flex Spending Account to pay for some services including psychotherapy, nutrition, and medication management. Check with each provider, they will explain what payment methods they accept.

In many cases, yes. Providers at our Williamsville location accept BCBS/Highmark & Independent Health in network for counseling, psychiatry & nutrition. Providers at our Kenmore location consist of a mix of independent contractors and therefore some take BCBS/Highmark and Independent Health in network and others are out of network. Please note that some independent contractors, who are out of network, take sliding scales for their clients to make treatment financially feasible.

All billing for in and out of network services are done in house for you by our billing department. You can check with your provider, or the front desk, to see what insurance plans your provider participates with. You are also able to use your FSA and HSA accounts.

Yes. You can schedule appointments directly with your providers or teachers, or, if you choose, our front staff can assist you. Our dedicated front staff strive to find appointments that align with your schedule. Book Your Appointment.

Late cancellations or no show policies are personal to each provider and teacher; please contact your provider for further information. Please call your provider directly if you must cancel. You may also call Be Embodied, LLC and a support member will work to reschedule you.

Yes. We believe that finding the right provider is the key to a successful journey in self-growth. To increase the likelihood of finding the right provider, we have created a matching program that generates personalized provider recommendations. Our platform provides you the opportunity to narrow your search and get to know your new provider before you even enter through our door! Find Your Match through our matching platform.

Our front staff is trained to collect information from our clients as to their reason for seeking therapy so they can schedule you with the right fit provider. They know all of our providers and their specialties. When front staff is scheduling a new client they go by best fit provider, then by location and lastly by client’s preference of time. Once a match is made we then let you know what insurance companies the providers work with. The best predictor of success in treatment is the right fit between provider and client!
Once you have met with your provider, they will provide you with contact information. Some providers also have messaging access via your client portal.
This may vary depending on your needs. You and your provider will work collaboratively to decide the best treatment options for you.
Yes, when you purchase one of our packages, you can use them at either our Williamsville or Kenmore location.
The doors will be open so please come in, take a seat, grab a flavored water, coffee or tea and make yourself comfortable. Your clinician will come out to greet you and bring you back for session. If you have any questions for reception you may call them during regular business hours.

No. All of the services offered in the Mindflow Yoga Studio are open to the general public and existing clients. We encourage everyone to take advantage of the events hosted in our space. View our events.
