“Being able to be your true self is one of the strongest components of good mental health.” -Lauren Fogel Mersy. So much of our time is spent feeling stuck in the past or worrying about the future that it prevents us from being present with our true, authentic, selves. This can create a lot of distress in our lives and have us feeling afraid, lost and alone. Whether you are struggling with a relationship, self-esteem or facing a big life change I am here to guide you in your journey of self-discovery. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to explore and nurture your authentic self and pursue a meaningful life.

believe in a trauma-informed, holistic lens to promoting wellness of body, mind, and spirit. I emphasize using a collaborative approach to address a multitude of stressors, specializing in mood disorders,
anxiety disorders, body image and self-esteem issues, substance use, relationship issues and personality disorders. I am so proud of you for taking the *rst step towards healing and look forward to the opportunity to help you nurture your authentic self!

Professional Experience

I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Bu/alo State
University and went on to complete my Masters Degree in Clinical
Mental Health Counseling from Niagara University in 2021. Following graduate school, I completed a program through the Nutritional Therapy Association in 2022. I worked as a care coordinator while in school and began practicing in agency settings after graduation before entering private practice, where I gained experience in working with diverse populations, substance use disorders and SPMI’s. In my practice I primarily utilize tools from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy always while coming from a person-centered, trauma informed place.
