Mindflow is designed to keep one’s mind connected with their body through mindfulness meditation based and trauma informed instruction. This style of yoga encourages students to mindfully keep their attention inside the four corners of their mat while they practice. The goal is to let the body inform the pose rather than the pose inform the body. This practice focuses on self-compassion, focusing the mind, and mastering how to take yoga off the mat and into life!

Classes are appropriate for all levels.
