CFO

Rich earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Buffalo and is thrilled to be in an environment that focuses on his favorite subject. Rich believes that mental health is very important to the growth of both an individual and the overall community. He believes in the mission of not only supporting the mental health of the clients but also the importance of providing a safe and professional environment for the providers.

MELANIE CHANDLER

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Melanie is our longest serving tribe member and has been greeting each and every one of our patients with a warm smile since 2017. Melanie is our Assistant Office Manager and is one of your primary points of contact at both of our locations.

Melanie is a loving wife, dedicated mother of one and passionate dog owner. She loves working our front desk at Be Embodied because she loves helping people. Melanie is always open to taking your calls and answering all of your questions; or even just a call to say hello!

Vanessa Redwing

Office Manager

Meet our Office Manager at Be Embodied, who oversees daily operations and customer service for clients at both our Kenmore and Williamsville locations.

Vanessa has a daily mindfulness practice that is woven into her mental, physical & spiritual wellness. Her practices include yoga, qigong, meditation, breathwork, energy work and sound healings. Vanessa has developed a combination of these modalities as tools for wellness, which she leads in private and group sessions.

Vanessa holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s of Science, both her theses concentrated on Environmental Monitoring. She is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Recovery Peer Advocate, YTT200, Certified Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor, Breath of Gold Breathwork Facilitator and Level II Sound Healing Practitioner.

Ed Hilfstein

Studio Assistant Manager and Receptionist

Ed joined the Be Embodied team as a receptionist in June 2023 and is excited to serve in a space dedicated to uplifting the overall wellbeing of the community. With a degree in sociology, and a background in yoga, meditation, and somatic regulation practices, Ed is passionate about the mission of combining mental health support and holistic embodiment services under the same roof. He believes that change in the world at large starts at the level of individual healing, which everyone needs and deserves.

Richelle

Receptionist

Richelle is very happy to be part of the Be Embodied Team as a Receptionist since September 2023.

She truly enjoys welcoming each and every person who walks into the office, either at the Williamsville or Kenmore location.

With a long time career in Human Resources, she is excited to have the opportunity in helping clients.

As a mom of 4 and a grandmother of 1, Richelle also enjoys taking care of her 3 dogs and also very passionate about riding horses each week at Autumn’s Gate Farm.

Receptionist

Tiffany joined the Be Embodied team as a Receptionist in November 2023.

Tiffany values family and making a positive difference in people’s lives. She values honesty and integrity in her actions and relationships with others.
