Professional Experience

I am a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist and have been in the field for over nine years. I have experience working with adults, families and children, of all different ethnic backgrounds and ages. I specialize in family discord, relationship breakdowns, trauma, PTSD, parenting issues, depression and anxiety. I enjoy working with children, as young as 2, and adults in individual, family or couples counseling. I accept my clients where they are in their lives currently and help them make changes to achieve the life they want and deserve.

I received my Master’s of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College in 2014. I have worked in both schools and clinics since I graduated and became certified in EMDR and TF-CBT.
