Professional Experience
I am passionate about working with individuals dealing with anxiety, ADHD, self-image issues, college stressors, boundary setting, and depression. I work with young adults and adults ages 18 and up and strive to provide an inclusive space for people from all walks of life. In my work with clients, I prioritize creating a collaborative, empowering, and non-judgmental environment so everyone may feel safe to be vulnerable while addressing all of the difficult and important parts of their lives.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I utilize tools primarily from cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness, while always focusing on a person-centered approach. I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Brockport. I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of mental health and substance use disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings. In this experience I have learned how to navigate everything from crisis intervention and securing basic needs to the management of daily stressors, and an array of concerns in between. I look forward to the opportunity to walk with you on your journey of self-discovery and healing.
